According to NPS rules - consecutive Marginal AOR scores are supposed to trigger the cancelation of the Aramark contract at Yosemite. This has already happened to Aramark at Crater Lake.

The Marginal 2023 AOR should constitute grounds for the Aramark contract at Yosemite to be terminated based on NPS rules.

Here is the link to the full 2022 AOR. Aramark, or Yosemite Hospitality, also received a Marginal score in 2022. Making the 2023 Marginal score the second consecutive Marginal score in a row.

SF Gate posted the full 2023 AOR for Aramark at Yosemite(aka Yosemite Hospitality). Other AORs can be found here on Indybay. Except the 2018 AOR. Which was posted online previously.

Earlier this year the SF Giants ownership, led by a 90 year right-wing bigot, had signed a contract with Aramark to run the concessions at Oracle Park. The previous concessionaire had been paying the Giants 50% of their profits. Wonder what Aramark offered after their public disgrace at Yosemite?

Yet somehow this is not even mentioned in the Health Inspection part of the AOR. Seems like Curry Village Pavillon should have received an Unsatisfactory on their Health Inspection, which would mean that Health Inspection section would be an automatic Marginal instead of the Satisfactory that they recieved on the 2023 AOR.
